We offer two different services which include personal coaching which is offered year round, while group sport/recreation days are offered on a limited basis. Personal coaching involves our coaches working one-one with the client which gives us the ability to work on very specific skills. The group days include our coaches working with a small group of participants in a more recreational setting.
To participate in a group day, you must be signed up for at least two personal coaching sessions prior so we can best assess how your child will interact in a group environment. This is to ensure the safety of all participants and to allow our coaches to understand how to best interact with your child.
If there are activities that are non-sports related that you would like us to work on with your child, we may be able to help! We can work on other areas within our physical activity context between activities and/or during breaks. If this is something you are interested in, please contact us so we can best help you! Note, that we work on many areas within our physical activity model. This includes working on social behaviors, limiting outbursts, and teaching self-regulation, coping mechanisms and emotional control. Whether you want your child to learn specific skills within a sport or just to learn a variety of sports to get more active, we specialize in being able to adapt to your needs.
